A trusting therapy relationship can be a place where individuals can learn healthy coping strategies, heal from pain and loss, and improve self-reflection.

Sharing areas of vulnerability can be difficult. However, dedicating time to sharing difficulties can be an essential part of change and growth. Healing can take place through connection.

If you notice that you don’t feel like yourself, are wondering how to change unhelpful patterns that seem to continually get in your way, or are feeling lost or stuck, individual psychotherapy can provide the opportunity to better understand your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Within the context of a trusting and supportive therapy relationship, Brook Psychological prioritizes a comprehensive evaluation of your concerns, helps you establish short- and long-term goals, and uses assessment and evidence based treatment to facilitate growth and change.

Therapy services are available for individuals age 16 through the lifespan.
